By creating an account or using Talk to Jesus, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or site.

The service

Talk to Jesus is a conversation product from Castalia Cupcakes. You type a question and receive a written reply. Replies are generated automatically. They are not pastoral care, medical advice, legal advice, or the official teaching of any church.

Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• You must provide a working email and a password of at least 8 characters.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may refuse, suspend, or delete an account that breaks these terms or harms the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use Talk to Jesus to attack others, break the law, probe our systems, scrape the service, share another person’s private data, or try to override the daily limit. We may cap or block traffic that looks automated or abusive.

Subscriptions and billing

If you install from the App Store or Google Play, paid plans are sold as auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple or Google. We do not charge your card ourselves.

• Standard Monthly: $4.99 USD per month, 30 questions per UTC day, no ads. Product id com.castaliacupcakes.talktojesus.standard.monthly.
• Unlimited Monthly: $9.99 USD per month, no daily question cap, no ads. Product id com.castaliacupcakes.talktojesus.unlimited.monthly.
• Free: 3 questions per UTC day. An advertisement may appear after a reply.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically each month unless you turn auto-renew off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iPhone, or in Google Play subscriptions on Android.
• Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Prices may vary by country. Apple or Google shows the price for your storefront before you pay.

The website is a preview. It does not take payment.

Restore and refunds

Use Restore purchases in the app if you reinstall or change devices. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules, not by Castalia Cupcakes.

Content

You keep rights in the text you type. You give us a license to send that text to our providers so we can produce a reply and operate the product. Replies are licensed to you only for personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” Replies can be wrong, incomplete, or a poor fit for a hard moment. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line. In the United States you can call or text 988.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Castalia Cupcakes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts above what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (store fees paid to Apple or Google are not paid to us).

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect. Use of the service is also use of that policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest still apply.
